Journey 4 Paws (J4P) will provide kennel crates as needed. Will you agree to kennel crate your foster dog when you are not at home?

I understand that my foster dog may take time to settle into a new environment. I'm aware of the issues that may arise in the beginning stages, including but not limited to barking, urinating or defecating indoors, destruction of furniture, crying, not wanting to go in crate, etc. I understand that these issues are not forever, and I agree to work through these issues with the support of J4P. I promise to be patient and understanding with my foster dog. In the event your foster needs to be moved to another foster for any reason J4P requires 72 hours notice.

I understand that my foster dog may have unknown history and J4P makes no claims, warranties or guarantees about any dogs behavior, breed and/or temperament.

I waive all rights and claims against J4P regardless of the expense or damages incurred during entire duration of fostering. Upon my foster dog's arrival into my possession, I understand I take on legal ownership of dog until foster contract has expired and dog has been released from my care at a mutually agreed upon time. I will not pursue legal action against J4P and will hold them harmless in the event that any injuries to myself, other persons or damages to property arise. In the off chance that damages to property, self or other parties occur (whether to human or animals), I will be held legally responsible. Therefore, I promise to always be in control of my foster dog.

I agree to keep my J4P foster rescue dog on heart worm prevention meds for the duration of my care or if I adopt, the rest of their life.

All dogs must be spayed or neutered with the only exception being a veterinarian diagnosed condition. In the event my dog is less than 12 weeks old, I will be responsible for taking my foster/adoptee to the vet for spaying or neutering.
